5th GABRIEL network meeting group

Description

The 5th annual meeting of the GABRIEL network was held in December 2012, in France at Les Pensières Conference Centre, Annecy.

More than 70 participants from 23 countries and 3 internally-recognized experts in the field of pneumonia were present to share their experiences and exchange information on the two key research priorities of the GABRIEL network: severe acute respiratory infections and resistance to tuberculosis.

Workshops on quality assurance, use of biobanks and fundraising management for the GABRIEL network were organized to define each member's specific needs and maximize the effectiveness of the work to be carried out within the scope of the multicentric pneumonia study.
